What is NaijaPackage?

NaijaPackage is a unique online marketplace for buyers and sellers to sell and buy the best of Nigerian made goods and services.

How do I start to sell on NaijaPackage?

Click on https://www.naijapackage.com/my-account and create your account. Enter your name exactly as it is on your ID document. The name on your vendor’s account must be the same as the name on your bank account. When you have created your account, join other Vendors on Whatsapp https://chat.whatsapp.com/FfzBgLiirdV4VJf0PfGeZQ and ask the admin to verify you.

What does it cost to register as a vendor on NaijaPackage?

Registration and listing of your Nigerian-made products and services on NaijaPackage are free. We mark up the original price of your products to make a profit. In other words, we make money only when you make money!

What percentage does NaijaPackage mark the original price of my product?

We mark the prices of products by 15% and services by 25%.

I have registered but I can’t list a product. It says “Your store is not enabled to sell, contact the admin.” What should I do?

If you have not already added your bank account number to your vendor’s portal, please, add it here https://wallet.naijapackage.com/.We need your bank account number to verify you on NaijaPackage as well as to settle you when you make a sale. After adding your account number, join other Vendors on https://chat.whatsapp.com/FfzBgLiirdV4VJf0PfGeZQ and ask the admin to verify you.

Does it cost anything to get verified as a vendor?

We are welcoming our first set of vendors with free verification, but after we onboard our first set of vendors, subsequent vendors will have to pay a verification fee.

Who can sell on NaijaPackage?

Anyone who has a product that is made in Nigeria or made by a Nigerian is eligible to sell it on NaijaPackage.

I offer services. Can I sell on NaijaPackage?

Yes! If you are a Nigerian freelancer, NaijaPackage is the best place for you to be. We will give you the online environment and all the tools you need to attract and serve clients who will appreciate your work and pay you what you are worth.

My product is not Nigerian-made, can I sell it on NaijaPackage anyway?

NaijaPackage is created to sell Nigerian-made products. However, we are building a small category of products called “Other Products Nigerians Love. (OPNL)” For now, you can sell in the OPNL category if you sell fabrics that are not necessarily Nigerian-made.

I don’t remember my password, or my password is not working. What should I do?

If you cannot remember your password or your password is not working simply scroll down and click on “Lost your password?” You’ll be sent a link in your email to change or reset your password.

How do I list my product on NaijaPackage?

My product photos have been rejected. What should I do?

If your image is more than 2 MB, it won’t be allowed to upload. Please compress your images on http://shortpixel.com. And upload them to your store again.
